Track Your Order
Every Dear Alchemist order ships with tracking. Here's how to find yours.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. Search your inbox for “Dear Alchemist” — and check your spam or promotions folder if it's hiding.
2. Use your order confirmation
Your original order confirmation email contains a View your order button. It opens your order status page, which updates automatically from “confirmed” to “on its way” to “delivered” — no account required.
3. Log into your account
If you checked out with an account, every order and its live tracking status lives under Your Account → Orders.
Still can't find it?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; tracking activates once the carrier scans your parcel, which can take up to 24 hours after the shipping email arrives. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it down.
