How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and US standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. We currently ship within the US only.

Can I layer multiple actives?

Hydrators (hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, peptides) layer freely. Strong actives — retinol, kojic + glycolic acid — are best on alternate nights rather than stacked. Each product's FAQ covers its specific pairings.

Should I patch test?

Yes, with any new product: apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear for 24 hours before first full use — especially with actives like retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliating acids.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, products must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging.

Where can I see the full ingredient list?

Every product page carries the complete INCI list — in the image gallery and in the Full Ingredient List section. Nothing is hidden.

Selected Research

Independent, peer-reviewed research on the key actives used across our formulas. These studies examine the ingredients themselves, not Dear Alchemist products.
