This website is operated by Dear Alchemist, based in Vista, California. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Dear Alchemist. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Products and use
Our products are cosmetic skincare, hair care, and body care products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Always review the full ingredient list before use and perform a patch test with any new product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a physician's care for a skin condition, consult your doctor before introducing new actives such as retinol or exfoliating acids.
Pricing and availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders placed under erroneous information, with a full refund.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may be changed or ended at any time. Unless a promotion states otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.
Orders and resale
Our products are sold for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout, and are charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. You can change, skip, pause, or cancel anytime online through Manage Subscription, or by emailing us. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel before that renewal is processed. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription. Returns and refunds on subscription orders follow our Refund Policy.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Reviews and submissions
Reviews, photos, and other content you submit must reflect your honest, personal experience and must not be false, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share it in connection with Dear Alchemist. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that violates these terms.
Accuracy of information
Material on this site is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and photography, is the property of Dear Alchemist and may not be reproduced without written permission.

SMS Terms
By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change to these SMS Terms means you accept them.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Dear Alchemist at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders).
Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.

Dear Alchemist is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for message delays or failures. If your mobile number changes, you must re-enroll to continue receiving messages.

Non-Sharing Clause
