Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on US orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the US only. International shipping is on the way; join our newsletter at the bottom of the page to hear when it launches.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email contains a live tracking link — full details on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, products must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace it or refund you — no need to send anything back.

How do I choose between the serums?
Match the serum to the goal: hydration → Hyaluronic Acid, tone and pores → Niacinamide, glow and dark spots → Vitamin C, firmness → Peptide+, gentle anti-aging → Bakuchiol. Each product page's Key Ingredients and How It Works sections break down exactly what's inside and why.
Can I layer multiple actives?
Hydrators (hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, peptides) layer freely. Strong actives — retinol, kojic + glycolic acid — are best on alternate nights rather than stacked. Each product's FAQ covers its specific pairings.
Should I patch test?
Yes, with any new product: apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear for 24 hours before first full use — especially with actives like retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliating acids.
Where can I see the full ingredient list?
Every product page carries the complete INCI list — in the image gallery and in the Full Ingredient List section. Nothing is hidden.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Retinol products are not recommended during pregnancy. The Bakuchiol Glow Oil Serum is our pregnancy-friendlier alternative — but always confirm your routine with your doctor.
