Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Domestic (US) shipping
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on US orders over $100; below that, rates are calculated at checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the way — join our newsletter to hear when your country goes live.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. See our Track Your Order page for details.
Delays
Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and weather can add time. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days — we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
