Every Dear Alchemist order is packed with care and shipped with tracking. Here’s what to expect from checkout to your door.
Shipping Rates

Subscription renewals follow the same rates and ship on your scheduled renewal date.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the way; join our newsletter to hear when your country goes live.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. We can update your address only before your order has been processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. See our Track Your Order page for details.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, limited to one replacement per order. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
Please check around your property and with neighbors, and contact your local post office within 7 days of the delivery date. If it still hasn’t turned up, email us and we’ll help with a carrier claim or a one-time replacement.
